Meet Our Staff
Pastor: Reverend Matthew Copple
Rev. Matthew Copple serves as a pastor at Westminster, where he has been blessed to serve since 2023. A graduate of Union Presbyterian Seminary, Rev. Copple previously served congregations in Winston-Salem and Henderson, North Carolina.
He is passionate about theology and worship, seeking to help others grow in faith and deepen their understanding of God’s Word. Outside of ministry, he enjoys reading, documentaries, golf, and cooking.
Rev. Copple is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Westminster community and looks forward to continuing to walk alongside its members in faith, worship, and fellowship.
Secretary: Elisabeth Tirado
Elisabeth grew up as a missionary kid. She is currently attending Liberty University Online, studying Business Management. In Elisabeth’s free time she enjoys thrifting, finding cute coffee shops, and adventures. She is excited to serve God here at Westminster.
Director of Music: Mary Beth Winter
Mary Beth grew up in Leroy, NY, and has served on the staff at Westminster for nearly twenty years. She graduated from St. Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana with a Bachelor’s in Music, then earned a Master of Science in Music Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mary Beth is retired from Cumberland County Schools, and has spent a total of 34 years in music education. She’s married to Allan Winter, also a music educator and instrumentalist. The Winters have two grown children.
